Data Deletion Instructions

At PixelBoost, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you have interacted with our Facebook Messenger chatbot or used any of our services, you may request that we delete your personal data.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon request, we can delete information associated with your use of our services, including:

• Facebook Messenger conversation history stored by PixelBoost
• Contact information you have provided to us
• Customer support records (where applicable)
• Other personal information that we have collected through our services, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Please note that deleting your data from our systems does not automatically delete information held by Meta (Facebook). For information about deleting your Facebook data, please refer to Meta’s privacy settings and policies.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your Facebook profile link or Facebook User ID (if available)
• The email address or phone number you used to contact us (if applicable)
• A brief request stating that you would like your personal data deleted

Example:

“I would like PixelBoost to delete all personal data associated with my Messenger interactions.”

Processing Time

We aim to process verified data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. If additional information is needed to verify your identity, we will contact you.

Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, or meet legitimate business and legal obligations.
